Founder-led by design

The methodology has a name on it.

Re:deem Atelier is a founder-led transformation design practice for enterprise changes that alter how decisions get made and work gets done. Every engagement is led by the practitioner who built the methods—shaped across fifteen years in aviation, technology, regulated utilities, and biopharma.

Built for the point where the technology is ready but the workflows, roles, sponsors, and judgment around it are not.

An anthropologist who ended up running enterprise transformation.

Fadi Salah studies the distance between what organizations say they do and what people actually have to do to make the work move. Anthropology trained him to notice informal power, ritual, and the gap between official process and lived practice—the decisions, handoffs, and workarounds already shaping the outcome.

The proving ground was Qatar Airways, where he served in-house and led adoption for the airline's first enterprise-wide cloud collaboration program—40,000+ employees, 150+ nationalities. That work became a method built on fieldwork, judgment, and rehearsal rather than communications volume.

Since 2020, through prior consulting roles, he has brought that lens to large-scale transformations across global technology, regulated utilities, and biopharma—platform adoption, operating-model change, and, increasingly, AI-enabled work.

Re:deem's methods were shaped in the field. Every result comes from a real deployment. Every engagement is led by the practitioner who built the method.

He is also a published poet. Most of the thinking behind this work happens in water — oceans, springs, pools, whatever he can find.

Where the work usually breaks

The technology is ready, but the roles and decision rights around it are not.

The dashboard says green while the hallway feels red.

The change has been communicated—but the judgment, rhythm, and practice to carry it haven't been built.

That is the layer Re:deem is built to work on.

From inside the work

"Fadi has contributed with an outstanding efficiency to a large change management project across our EU cargo region."

The method underneath the work

Less theater, more operating logic. Fewer readiness surveys, more rehearsal.

Fieldwork before frameworks.

Start with the actual work: informal power, friction, handoffs, workarounds, and the decisions people are already making.

Judgment over exposure.

Adoption is not exposure to a tool. It is the capacity to make sound decisions when the work changes.

Rehearsal over readiness.

Practice consequential moments before the stakes become real.

Adoption is not a training problem. It is a judgment problem wearing a training problem's clothes.

Further recommendation

"Great analytical skills, great rationality, independent thinker. You want somebody like him with you if you want to reach excellence."
